Beef Stir-fry tossed in Spinach and Cauliflower Noodles

I was a little presumptuous at first if the green Woolworths spinach and cauliflower noodles would taste any good. They were in fact really, really good!!! Now my mind is spinning on how much one can do with this carb clever pasta of sort. They taste delish and add a lot of colour to a plate..... Ingredients
 
1 tbsp olive oil
 
500 g beef strips
 
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
 
1x4 cm ginger piece, finely chopped
 
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
 
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
 
4 tbsp soy sauce
 
Vegetables, red, green, yellow, peppers, onions, cabbage, mange tout, baby corn, green beans
 
15 g basil
 
Woolworths spinach and cauliflower noodles
 
Cooking Instructions
 
1. Stir-fry tender beef fillet in olive oil.
 
2. Add in garlic, ginger and stir-fry for another 1 minute
 
3. Stir in the sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, hoisin sauce and basil
 
4. Add all the vegetables and stir fry till the veg is cooked but got a crunch and crisp.
 
5. Lastly add the vegetable noodles and toss everything together.
 
6. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes
