Slushy Peachy Lemonade

What better way to enjoy summer peaches than by drinking them up in this cool summer drink!

Ingredients Juice of 6 small lemons, or about 1⁄2 cup fresh lemon juice 1 cup ice cubes 500g sliced peaches that you freeze overnight 2 tablespoons organic raw cane sugar/maple or suki sugar 2 cups sparkling water Instructions Squeeze fresh lemons, careful to discard all seeds. Add the juice to a blender. Then add the ice cubes, frozen peaches and sugar to the blender. Turn blender on high and on the mode that will crush the ice completely, allowing it to run for about 45 seconds. Serve in glasses straight away. If you prefer to have as a drink then top up with sparkling water. It can stay fresh in the refrigerator fresh for about 1-2 days.
