Whenever I’m at Mandy’s place and I open the fridge it’s always packed on a Monday, with food prep. She preps on a Sunday and then again on a Wednesday. There are essentials that she has chopped or cooked or items that need to be made into quick nutritious meals.
Here are some refrigeration tips:
1. Use air tight containers, bags or jars.
2. Consume meals within a few days of refrigerating.
3. Add fresh herbs or vegetables to reheated meals.
4. Prep up salads, greens, proteins and carbs that you can use for the different meals throughout the day.
