Travel Tips for the Holidays

Its finally time for the summer holidays and maintaining healthy eating habits while traveling can be a big challenge. On any sort of trip my family starts munching on things as soon as we leave the driveway. Avoiding unhealthy foods is tough enough as it is, but it can seem impossible if you are confined in a small space whether it may be in a car or a plane. 

Apart from packing my essentials: hat, book, sunglasses I now make sure I keep on track by keeping these extra little goodies to get me through any journey to any destination.
