Cajun Hake Fillets with a Mango, Pineapple Salsa

Liven up your seafood and kick up the flavor with this Cajun Hake Fillet and Pineapple and Mango Salsa! A Cajun spice mix adds incredible flavor to hake fillets. This quick dish you can easily pull together on a busy weeknight.

Cajun Hake Fillets with a Mango, Pineapple Salsa * 5-6 hake filets * 1 tablespoon of cajun spice seasoning * ½ tablespoon of crushed garlic * 2 tablespoons of lemon juice Mango Pineapple Salsa: * 1 cup of fresh diced pineapple * 1 mango, finely diced * ¼ cup of finely diced red onion * ¼ cup of chopped fresh coriander * 1/2 cup mixed peppers * juice of one lime (about 1-2 tablespoons) * salt to season 1. In a small bowl add pineapple, mango, red onion, peppers, coriander, lime juice, and salt to taste. Stir to mix everything together and set aside. 2. In a small bowl add cajun spice seasoning, garlic and lemon juice.Mix. 3. Pat hake filets dry. 4. Season both sides of hake with cajun seasoning mix. 5. Heat a large skillet to medium high heat and use spray and cook. 6. Place hake fillets in pan and sear for 2-3 minutes per side. 7. Remove and let sit for 1 minute to cool. 8. Serve Cajun Hake fillets on a bed of baby spinach leaves and with Mango Pineapple Salsa for a meal 5 option on @shazeats_mandysway or have at lunch with a side of sweet potato air fry chips.
