Protein Low Carb Mug Cake

Ingredients 1 tbsp Isolate Chocolate Whey Protein 1 tbsp unsweetened cacoa powder  2 tsp suki sugar 1/4 tsp baking powder 1 egg white 2 tbsp fat free milk 

1. Add in all the ingredients in a mug mix with a fork until well blended and there are no clumps. 2. Microwave for around 1 minute on high (give or take some time depending on your microwave), but watch it! It will start to bubble over the top. If this happens, stop microwaving, press batter back into mug with fork, and continue microwaving. If you like a fondant like texture 45 secs is sufficient depending on your microwave. 3. When finished, the cake should be cooked at 45 secs moist. 4. The cake will rise and drop down, turn it over onto a plate, serve with fat free cottage cheese and berries. Just the perfect fix over a tension and excitement filled match ....
