Date and Oat Protein Porridge
Dates, rolled oats and vanilla protein powder, decadent ingredients for a creamy breakfast porridge.
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup fat free milk
3-4 dates pitted and chopped
1 tbsp of Vanilla ISO Whey Protein
Cinamon powder
Almonds
Light drizzle of honey
Combine milk, oats and date,in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring, until mixture is thick and creamy, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat and then stir in Vanilla ISO Whey Protein. Pour into bowls and top with a drizzle of honey, whole almonds and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder.
