A nutrient, fiber packed smoothie with all the good stuff, bananas and dates. Easy and simple and quick to make up👩🍳 Banana - Date Smoothie
• 250 ml fat free plain yogurt
• 120 ml fat free milk,
• 120 ml dates, fresh, pitted and chopped and soaked overnight in the Milk • 2 bananas, sliced
• 8 ice cubes – optional
Blend. 2 -3 glasses
Add all the ingredients in a blender and whizz up 🌸
