Meal Prep

@shazeats_mandysway it’s important to prep your meals to achieve a healthy balanced diet. We encourage you to eat up to 5 times a day so you can fuel your body with food regularly and keep your metabolism humming. Eating regularly will stop your body falling into a catabolic state, which results in the loss of lean body tissue (including muscle) and a slow down of your metabolic rate. If you skip meals you will begin to store fat. On the program we give you nutrional advice and choices on what to eat for your meals, how much to eat and when to eat. The key is to get ahead with meal prep so that you have a few staple foods ( carbohydrates, protein, vegetables and salad) that you can batch-cook and use in a number of different ways. You need to eat all day !!!!
