This Peri Peri Steaks are quick, simple, and tasty dinner to make.Easy to make, easier to eat!!!! Peri Peri marinades gives any protein of choice a sharp, spicy flavor. The sauce originates from Portugal and many countries have their own versions. Peri Peri is mainly a combination of a kick of fresh red chilies with a refreshing taste of citrus.
Peri Peri Marinade: * 3 tsp crushes garlic * 1 tsp ginger * 2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes * 2 tsp smoked paprika * 2 tsp tomato ketchup * 1 tsp salt * 1/2 tsp black pepper * 1/4 cup lemon juice * 1 tbsp olive oil * 1 tbsp vinegar * 4 T-Bone steaks Directions 1. Marinate the steak in the peri peri marinade and leave for a few hours. I like to leave overnight. 2. Grill steaks, over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness. Roasted Butternut, Red Onion and Feta 1 small butternut cut into thick wedges with skin. 2 red onions cut into wedges. 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp suki sugar Salt and Pepper to taste 2 tbsp @woolworths_sa Potato Seasoning 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar Fat Free Feta @woolworths_sa Place the butternut and onion wedges on an oven tray. Add olive oil, suki sugar, salt, pepper and @woolworths_sa Roast Potato Seasoning. Roast the butternuts and red onions for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until tender. Add the fat free feta when serving and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. The roasted butternut is a pleasant side dish when served with the Peri Peri Steak for lunch or dinner.
