Grilled Chicken with a Mushroom and Cottage Cheese Sauce, Gnocchi and Roasted Vegetables, Wholemeal

The aroma fills the air and suddenly you’re so overcome by the delightful smells around you that your mouth is watering. Italian food tastes great and can be healthful and low in fat, when you make Italian food at home. Some points to keep in mind: 1. Use small amounts of olive oil and toss roasted vegetables with gnocchi or wholemeal pasta. 2.Use wholemeal flour to make Focaccia or Pizza or Pastas. 3. Use vegetables especially tomatoes, which are high in the antioxidant lycopene. 4. Use fat free cottage cheese as a substitute for white sauces. 5. Eat portioned amounts allowed by @shazeats_mandysway and you can have a delicious lunch without feeling guilty at all.
