I had a wonderful stay in Jaipur and thoroughly enjoyed a Granola Bar made by a chef at the hotel for breakfast. Chef Gaurav, was kind enough to share the recipe with me. Scroll the pictures to hear Chef Gaurav talk about the Granola Bars and try them out, they really are incredibly delicious !!!
400g Rolled Oats 150g Honey 115g Chopped Cashews 90g of cooking olive oil 55g sliced almonds 100g pumpkin seeds 45g sunflower kernels 75g suki sugar 35g pure maple syrup 20g flax seeds 4g salt 2g cinnamon 1/2 g ground ginger
Method 1. Preheat oven at 150 degrees. 2. Whisk together wet ingredients, mix dry ingredients and combine. 3. Spray and cook a sheet pan and spread mixture on top. 4. Place in oven for 30-40mins 5. Cut into squares cool for 60 mins so that the granola chills and hardens up. This is a healthy treat or snack and good to have on the sustainability plan @shazeats_mandysway
