Date Yoghurt

1 cup fat free yoghurt 1 tbsp peanut butter 1 tsp honey 1 tbsp mixed seeds/nuts/dried fruit 3 dates pitted and chopped 1 tsp cacao nibs (optional) Instructions 1. Combine the yoghurt, honey and peanut butter in a small bowl and mix well. 2. Top with dates, seeds/nuts/fruit and cacao nibs. A power packed breakfast with lots of healthy fats from the nuts and fiber, minerals and vitamins from the dates. It’s all about combining the right flavours and putting them together.
