🔹Chicken Sandwich 1. Grill Seeded roll @woolworths_sa 2. Spread Fat Free Cottage Cheese @woolworths_sa 3. Squeeze Sweet Chili Sauce 4. Top with Salad 5. Layer Crumbed Chicken (air fried) 6. Drizzle Sriracha 7. Top with seeded roll 🔹 🔹 🔹Air Fried Sweet Potato Chips 1. Boil ready cut sweet potato chips for 5 mins @woolworths_sa 2. Drain water and season with Robertson’s Potato Spice, salt, paprika, vinegar 3. Air fry for 14-20 mins 4. Toss with ketchup and vinegar and chili powder and it’s yum !!! 🔹 🔹 🔹Lets be be clear: Eating things you love should be a normal, regular part of life. Giving yourself permission to enjoy those foods and moving past that and knowing nothing is going to happen if you eat them once in a while is important. An absolute restriction is pretty unrealistic, it’s just not doable or normal to avoid things forever, so at times people tend to overcompensate by eating more of what they’re trying to restrict.
