Chicken Wraps with Hummus & Tabbouleh

Quick and easy wraps that can be made ahead of time for weekday lunches or a relaxing weekend meal. Light yet filling, too! 

Ingredients 500g boneless skinless chicken breast cubes marinated in garlic, lemon, salt and herbs 1 cup tabbouleh 1 cup hummus { blend 1 can chcickpeas, 2 tbsps tahini paste, 2 tbsps lemon juice, paprika,salt and pepper } 4 large wraps 

Method: In a grill press add the chicken and cook for about five minutes over medium heat. Cook for an additional five minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Turn off heat and let the chicken rest and cool slightly before preparing the wraps. To make the wraps spread two heaping tablespoons full of hummus down the middle. Next, do the same with the tabbouleh directly on top. Add the chicken to the wrap directly on top of the tabbouleh. Roll one edge of the wrap completely over the ingredients then fold in with your hands slightly to keep the contents firmly inside. Roll one more time and secure it closed.
