Tuesday morning and it's back to the training. After running a time trial route this Cream of Rice Chocolate Porridge is ideal in fueling up and to tackle the day ahead.
Cream of Rice Chocolate Porridge
2tbsp of Cream of Rice
1 cup of fat free milk
1 tsp of cacoa
1 tbsp of Chocolate Protein Powder
Shavings of Fresh Coconut
Heat the milk in a pot. Add in the cream of rice and stir for a couple of minutes until the mixture starts to thicken up. Take off the stove then add the cacoa and chocolate protein powder and mix through. Pour into bowl and topple with an assortment of berries and shavings of coconut. Find a nice spot put your feet up and enjoy !!!!
