Farhana Mahdi has been with @shazeats_mandysway for just a few months. Here’s her story..... I trained hard as a tri athlete, but could not shake off 3 kilos no matter how much I trained. So basically I needed to lose some body fat percentage. I felt I was eating quite healthily so I must admit that I was a bit sceptical at first. "What could Mandys Way do that's different to what I've been doing. I decided to go to Mandy thinking that I had nothing to lose just give it a shot. I met Mandy and her approach was warm and friendly. I immediately took to her positivity. She convinced me that this was totally possible if I stuck to Mandy's Way. I was excited and felt positive. She thought me how to eat by not starving myself. Actually eating quite a lot and not missing meals. I lost 1.5kg in a week. I lost quite a lot of fat, I could see in my pictures that it was distributing and balancing over. I'm under 50kg and faster then ever on my bike and run. I feel more energetic.
