Hake with Sweet Chilli Sauce served with Rice and toppled with Spring Onions

An Asian style fish that just has the perfect amount of kick and flavour. 

Ingredients: Sauce- 1 tbsp olive oil 3 tablespoon lemon juice 3 tablespoon Sweet Chilli sauce 3 tablespoon Siracha Fish- 4-5 fresh hake fillets 2 tablespoon lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon Ground green chillies 1 teaspoon garlic paste Olive oil spray and cook 

METHOD 1. Boil sauce ingredients until thickened and warm when serving. 2. Pat dry fish. Make a paste with lemon juice, chillies, salt, pepper and garlic and rub onto fish. 3. Spray and cook a non stick frying pan or grill cook fish. Hake takes few minutes to cook through on each side.

4. Serve fish on rice, drizzle the sauce over and garnish with freshly cut spring onion.
