This roasted falafel and vegetable bowl is the only dish when my girls and I are fighting over for more brussel sprouts and the other vegetables. We can devour a bowl of green vegetables and enjoy it with some protein on the side. The healthier roasted falafel is rather different in forms of texture then the more authentic fried falafel but if well seasoned and packed perfectly with simple flavors of cumin, garlic, green chili the taste is just so good. The tahini and honey dressing compliments the dish ideally.The recipe is from the @thebodycoach ‘Lean in 15’ the only thing extra added is some roasted paprika chickpeas for some crunch... the whole bowl put together is yum, yum, yum .....Â
