100g boneless, skinless chicken breast marinated and grilled in salt, pepper, lemon juice and garlic @dawoodgtn 1/4 mango, sliced 1/4 small red onion, sliced 1/4 red bell pepper, sliced Drizzle of oil oil
Method 1. Make guacamole with avocado, lemon juice, chili flakes and season with salt. Spread on bread. Top with grilled chicken, mango, onion, pepper, and greens and finally drizzle some olive oil.
